Do you offer discounts for departments or multi-lab rollouts?
Yes. The Institution plan supports multi-lab coverage, rollout support, and tailored agreements.
Is there a contract?
Yes. All paid plans are 1-year contracts and automatically renew annually. Institution plans may include custom SLAs and procurement requirements.
